The Treasurer role is finance-focused: access to budget, expenses, students, news, and the academic calendar — nothing else. Perfect for a bookkeeper or finance volunteer who only needs to track payments and reimbursements without seeing the rest of the school's data.

When an admin creates a new student, the system now automatically finds the matching parent account by phone number and links the student to their portal instantly — no manual step needed.

The reimbursements view now filters by category and reorders the status summary cards to Approved → Pending → Paid, making the most actionable items visible first.

School Settings now has a Bulk Import Students section. Download the template, fill in student details (name, parent phone, gender, date of birth, emails, and more), then upload the sheet. The portal home page now shows an amber banner on holidays with the event name. Tapping it opens a dialog with full event details. Non-working days get their own separate gray banner. The session timer is suppressed on holidays so it doesn't count down when school isn't running.

Taking attendance on a holiday now shows a friendly closed screen with a party popper icon and the holiday name instead of the attendance form. Submissions are fully blocked so no accidental records are created.

Absence requests and substitution dialogs now disable holiday and non-working dates in the calendar picker. The absence flow auto-advances past holidays, and both forms validate against holidays at submit time to catch any edge cases.

School Settings now has phone (with country code formatting) and address fields under Contact & Socials. The portal home shows a Contact School section with phone, email, address, and social links. The registration closed page also shows phone and address with a Google Maps link for the address.
