A Few Fields Are Protected
Core fields like Student Name and Parent Email are required by the system and cannot be removed. These are the fields that link a registration to a student record and make enrollment possible. Everything else is fully in your control.

A simple, three-step workflow your admins control end to end
Parent Submits
Parents visit your school's registration link and fill out the custom form you designed. They answer only the questions you configured — no clutter, no irrelevant fields.
Admin Reviews
All submissions appear in your Registrations dashboard sorted by date. You can read every answer, filter by status, and approve or follow up individually.
Student Enrolled
Once approved and ready, the admin marks the student as Enrolled. The student record is created and they're ready to be assigned to a class.

Built-In Re-Enrollment
At the start of each new academic year, returning families can submit a re-enrollment form. The system keeps their history and previous class information intact.
Open & Close Registration Anytime
Toggle registration open or closed from your School Settings. When it's closed, parents see a clear message instead of a form — no manual page changes needed.
