Define the payment arrangements you offer — Full Payment, Payment Plan, Financial Assistance, or whatever fits your school. These appear when setting up a family's payment plan.
Tuition Payment Periods
Configure payment period options like Annually, Semesterly, Monthly, or Per Class. These options appear in registration forms so parents can choose how they want to pay tuition.

Add a link to an external payment page (your school website, Zelle info, etc.) so parents always know where to send payments.

Parents must upload an audio recording before teachers can grade homework
Submission Rules
Teacher Expense Reimbursements
Enable or disable the ability for teachers to submit expense reimbursement requests through their portal. When enabled, teachers can attach receipts and notes; admins can then review and approve or decline.
Require Quran Audio Recording
When enabled, parents must upload an audio recording of their child reciting the Quran homework before the teacher is able to review and grade it. This ensures accountability and gives teachers real evidence to grade against.
